FALSE TESTIMONY AND WHAT WE MUST DO..

From Day 1 OF FITNAH 2: OF Anwar Ibrahim’s trial in Sodomy 2 has just started. As expected, the main stream media is acting as a propaganda tool instead of an independent press reporting on facts and providing critical evaluation of the evidence presented.

On Day 1 of Sodomy 2, the main stream media became the mouthpiece of Saiful Bohari’s vendetta. Saiful had earlier gone on public record that he can’t wait to go to court to tell his side of the story of what happened between him and Anwar. There was no holds barred when Saiful did. His first day testimony is nothing short of crass vulgarity, the stuff that only gets printed in XXX-rated tabloids. Yet, the mainstream media reported it, as if its fact and the truth.

Let the public be reminded that all that was said on Day 1 of Sodomy 2 was just PW1’s (Prosecution Witness) testimony in examination- in-chief. Those were just the words of the “sodomee”. The public will know if the testimony of that “sodomee” is constipated when it is subjected to the legal scrutiny of cross examination by the defence team. But rest assured that the mainstream media will subdue, nay suppress, reporting the cross examination.

Just on 4th-6th January, exactly 1 month ago, the defence team in the trial of Lawyer Rosli Dahlan had ripped apart and exposed the PP’s fabrication of evidence during the cross examination of another “sodomee PW”. But that was a more distinguished PW, none other than the Deputy Head of Prosecution of the MACC, Anthony Kevin Morais. In a verbatim reproduction of the court transcript, that self inflated faggot was exposed as the liar that he is, squirming as he did to get himself out of the shithole he had dug for himself. But the public never knew of these lies. Why? Because the mainstream media had a total black out on the trial of Lawyer Rosli Dahlan. Because it was not in the interest of the government to have a fair an accurate reporting of that trial.

Make no mistake, the same thing will happen in the cross examination of Saiful Bohari. But Anwar is too big a story for the mainstream media to black out. So what they will do is to skew up the story during the cross examination and whitewash Saiful’s Bohari’s lies. Just as they tried to whitewash the doctor’s report that there was no sign of anything up Saiful’s butt, some hours after Saiful met Dr Khairil Annas, PM Najib’s special officer. Yet, the mainstream media will make it believeable that a strong young man was subdued by an older man double his age in this butt fetish.

The year 2010 has opened up to be the year of the sodomites and religious fanatics. As if in cue, Hollywood has released the movie 2012, not unlike the biblical story of Sodom and why according to the Mayan calendar the world must come to an end. So that the overly religious people of Malaysia, who would fight over the ownership of God-Allah, would see what happens when God destroys the world for man’s misdeeds. Bearing false testimony is one of the prohibitions of the Ten Commandments as announced by Moses to the Jews. The Christ Isa AlMasih made that an abomination of a nation to the Christians. Mohammad reminded Muslims that Fitnah is worse than incest with one’s own mother.

All three Abrahamic faiths condemn it. And yet in God-fearing Malaysia, we have ambitious Musa Hassan, the son of a religious man, being the proponent of Fitnah. This was the mattress carrying Investigating Officer (IO) in Sodomy I, whose whole evidence on the DNA samples found on the mattress was later expunged. As a reward, Musa received a mercuric promotion to be Malaysia’s IGP. But, as the saying goes – a leopard never loses its spots. As IGP, Musa Hassan was recently scathingly denounced by the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Judge Supang Lian as an unreliable witness whose testimony must be disregarded. Already, Dato’ Mat Zin, the IO in Anwar’s Black Eye incident, has pointed the finger at Musa as the chief fabricator with A-G Gani Patail in conjuring evidence. While it is already clear that in sexual offences, there should be corroborative evidence, the A-G had disregarded this rule in Sodomy 2. And yet, there is no one who can force the prosecution of IGP Musa Hassan or of A-Gani Patail even when there are ample and clear evidence against them for fabricating evidence. It is as if both of them have absolute immunity. It is as if PM Najib is fearful of them.

Recently, RPK made a series of expose` about Musa’s involvement with the crime syndicates. The most damning piece of evidence was the SD by his own ADC. Yet nothing happened to him. Why? Because, together with A-G Gani Patail, they decide who gets investigated and who gets charged in Malaysia. Surely, they will not investigate nor charge themselves! That Musa Hassan became the IGP and Gani Patail the A-G, as their reward, is evident that this dynamic duo is the most potent tag team needed by the government to fix people up.

Only Musa Hassan, with his father’s religious credibilty, and Gani Patail, with his 3rd class law degree would think that the public could be fooled into believing that the C-4 murder of that Mongolian beauty, Altantuya Sharibu, involved only low ranking policemen. In an illusion that even David Blaine cannot out do, A-G Gani refused to appeal against Razak Baginda’s release. While these low ranking policemen are awaiting time on death row, Razak Baginda got away scott free and is now living in luxury in London.

Word has it that the luxury apartment exposed by Utusan Malaysia to be the hiding hole of RPK is actutally where Razak is now staying. That was one of RPK’s ruse to expose the track of Razak Baginda, and the mainstream media fell for it! Sodomy 2 has just started and it is now evident why Musa’s contract has been extended. They need him to work with Gani Patail to again bring down Anwar. They need the mainstream media to make all this a believable story. They need to imprison the Ketua Umum PKR before GE13. But this time, this illusion will be exposed as old tricks. The alternative media will provide a verbatim account of Anwar’s trial daily.

I will help the Malaysian public analyse what is the truth behind all these. And I will do this with the help of a member of the Prosecution Team in Sodomy 1 whom I had rekindled an old tie recently. I knew this senior DPP’s father. This senior DPP is so revolted by Sodomy 2, that he has resigned from the A-G’s chambers and is now in private practice. This assistance seems like providence.

This time, the world is watching more closely. God is also watching from a distance. Malaysians must therefore express their outrage to make it known that we do not condone the injustices being perpetrated through our courts. Malaysians must support Suaram to demand that the government drop its charges on Anwar. If this government does not listen to us, as it would not, we vote them out at the next GE 13.” – By Din Merican
